Kelly Stark- The Brains Behind The Brand

My Dad, a retired global Project Manager within the oil industry, raised two smart, tough, driven and sometimes stubborn daughters-- just like him.


“Go And Shock the World with What You Don’t Know,” was my Dad's favorite advice.


Despite the gamble, this has paid off tremendously in my professional experience.  It has propelled me into some of the most lucrative career opportunities that have crafted my professional scope.

That's where the story begins. Kelly Stark, Owner and Chief Marketing Strategist, went to Texas A&M University (WHOOP!) for Civil Engineering for 5 years, then switched her degree to one of her many minors: Technical Writing & Rhetoric. It's a long story..


I've worn a lot of hats in a lot of substantial industries: Sales Engineering Assistant, Marketing Director, Ghostwriter, Editor, Content Writer, Operations Manager in Real Estate, Sales Manager, College Professor, Content Strategist, Photographer -- to name a few.


I found myself tirelessly reaching for creative outlets in college, and my communication classes and technical editing courses fulfilled something my Engineering coursework didn't.

I starting contracting work that gave me a creative outlet (and a little extra income) to get through college.


If I didn't know how to do something; I taught myself. As a reading addict, I taught myself programming and coding, Adobe CC, I learned photography alongside my Nikon camera, and I still learn new hacks on a daily basis! That's where Stark Social Marketing was born in 1999.


So, Why Do You Need Me?


Marketing is not a "one-size-fits-all" structure. It's messy, complicated, time consuming and ever-changing.


I've seen start-up companies with explosive ideology; but no structure or strategy.  

I’ve worked with ancient businesses with stagnant production year-after-year because the owner didn’t know how to take the next step-- and wasn't interested in learning how.  


I understand the changing dynamics of a buyers market for all industries, and how to develop a "relationship" with clients.  I know potential business is researching you.  Potential clients are comparing you right now!  They are listening to the reviews they read, and they want to create a long-term partnership with your business if you know how to engage and educate them.
